Q: Do I pick up the jumpers/games or are they delivered?
A: We deliver the jumpers/games to you.
Q: When are they delivered?
A: Typically 2 hours or less before the party/event.
Q: When does my 'rental time' start?
A: The rental time starts when your party begins.
Q: What kind of electrical requirements are needed?
A: Access to 110 volt and maximum 125 feet from outlet.
Q: Do I need extension cords?
A: If extension cords are needed, Party Time provides them.
Q: When do we pay the rental fee and what are the options?
A: Payment is due immediately after set-up, cash or check. Credit card payments are not an option at this time and we do charge a standard $50 returned check fee.
Q: How far in advance can we reserve?
A: Up to a year in advance, however a deposit may be required.
